Warranty

This warranty covers only replacement or refund of SPC Ultracore flooring, not labor costs (including labor for installing the replacement floor), or any costs associated with loss of time, incidental or other damages. It does not cover damage caused by improper installation or maintenance, burns, cracks, indentations, stains or changes in gloss due to normal use and / or outdoor installation. Gapping, shrinkage, squeaking, fading or structural problems of the subfloor are not covered by this warranty. Also, temperature fluctuations - excessive heat (above 65° C) and freezing temperatures can cause expansion or contraction of the product. In the event of such the warranty is void.

35-year guarantee for private use
The 35-year private use warranty (from the date of purchase) includes a warranty for manufacturing defects and abrasion points greater

than 2 cm2, which are also clearly visible; In particular, the decorative layer must be completely rubbed off. Excluded from the guarantee are

abrasion points on the edges of the elements and damage caused by mechanical stress. For the warranty it is mandatory that installation

10 years commercial warranty

The 10-year commercial use warranty (from the date of purchase) includes a warranty for manufacturing defects and abrasion points greater than 2 cm2, which are also clearly visible; In particular, the decorative layer must be completely rubbed off. Complaints for improper installation must be addressed to the contractor who installed the floor.

Claims

This warranty is only for the original buyer and the proof of purchase is required for all claims. If the complaint concerns wear and tear, then the claimed area must be at least 2 cm2 and be clearly recognizable. In warranty cases, Numaxx will provide replacement for the damaged items. If the affected floor is no longer available, the buyer can choose a replacement of equivalent quality from the current range. As the residual value is to be assumed to be 10% of the value lost per year, Numaxx makes a replacement delivery dependent on a corresponding additional payment from the customer.
